We will make every effort and put forth our due diligence to attempt to properly describe and represent items, however all items are sold on a buyer discretionary basis. Once a lot has been purchased, there are no returns or exchanges of any kind.
A bid placed on our auctions is a legal contract – it cannot be revoked or cancelled for any reason. By registering for our auctions you agree to receive promotional emails from our company.
Auctions will be sold with and without reserve. If a lot contains a reserve price, it will be clearly noted in the corresponding catalog.
Payment in full is to be expected within 7 business days upon the completion of the catalog sale. If payment is not received, Davis Brothers Auctions reserves the right to cancel or void any unpaid transaction and/or charge storage fees associated with unpaid property.
All items will be packed professionally and shipped. Pick up can be arranged but please contact us first.

All items are packed professionally and insured in house. Sales prices & shipping are charged independently. A separate shipping invoice will be sent once payment has been received and item is packed. For local customers, pick up is available. All firearm sales are shipped through Trade Brothers - located just south of Lolo, Montana. Every firearm sale has a $100 shipping, handling & transfer fee.
