Serial number 17, Hayes Otoupalik Collection. Fully restored as shown. Two brass data plates included as well a research file that documents the mortar.
This mortar cannon was a bag gun using a 3.6 inch projectile and bag of powder and friction primer. It is totally
legal for any one to buy. A total of 78 of these manufactured at US Watervliet Arsenal between 1890 to 1901.
There are 23 known survivors as of this date, with 10 of them in private hands, and the 13 in governmental hands.
These used both in in 1898 in Cuba in support of the 1st US Volunteer Cavalry--the famed Rough Riders under
Theodore Roosevelt, and also in the Campaign in the Philippines. This an early example made in 1893 Serial No. 17.
Chance at a life time to own a very rare US Mortar/Cannon from the Spanish American War with but 10 known
to be in private hands. Historical research file goes with the cannon.

Earl Clack Heccoline Hi Power Visible Gas Pump, a fully restored 1973 Airstream International Land Yacht Trailer and High-end gas globes including Husky, Litening, and Frontier.
Day 2 is our general sale day. This day, as always is our Montana History and Art Showcase. Featuring a painting by Ty Barhaug, works by Taylor Lynde, Anthony Barham, Jack King, and Ace Powell just to name a few.
